While coming around an aisle at the grocery store, a little girl, in her own buggy, reached out and slapped me. I was shocked and so was Ashlyn.
(Ashlyn's eyes are wide with disbelief as she tells off the little girl's mother)
A - (super sassy and upset tone) That little girl just hit my mommy! You'd better take her to the bathroom and spank her!
I thought for only a moment to be embarrassed, but decided quickly that having your child hit someone was much worse than for your child to tell someone off in your defense:)

That was precious. I would've laughed so hard if my kid did that.
Clarification: if my kid did what Ashlyn did - not the other child.
